Presented here is a original 1964 U.S. STEREO pressing of Introducing The Beatles (Vee Jay SR 1062 & VJLPS 1062).  Probably the most counterfeited album of all time is Introducing The Beatles.  This album up for auction is an absolutely ORIGINAL STEREO pressing.  This is version 2 with Please Please Me and Ask Me Why.  The word STEREO is printed on the right side of the label.  I believe this is the only version 2 stereo copy with the smaller 45 labels as well.  The cover is the much scarcer version with an embossed STEREOPHONIC printed in black above "THE BEATLES" on the front cover.
Cover : the cover grades VG to VG-.  There are no split seams but there is some ring wear and a small circular area of damage beside the S in BEATLES on the front cover.  There is an erased name at the top of the front cover and at the top of the back cover and a small tear at the bottom of the back paste on slick with the song titles under the word "ARTISTS".
Record : The record grades VG+ to VG++.  It's really well cared for.
