Up for auction is a nice original copy of the Rush album "Moving Pictures" originally released in the U.S. on Mercury Records (SRM-1-4013) in 1980.
-Guaranteed original pressing
-RL Robert Ludwig mastering both deadwax
-MASTERDISK stamp in deadwax
-Original inner sleeve
-Still in opened original factory shrink wrap
-No UPC/bar code on cover
-NOT a record club pressing like many on eBay
Note:
These original covers are very thin, fragile and prone to wear. It is very hard to find a clean, unworn cover like this copy. One of the nicer copies you'll find.
Condition:
Cover still looks beautiful, protected by original shrink wrap Front and back look clean, no ring wear. Seams are nice, no splits. Corners look good, with some light rub to corners at open edge on right top and bottom. Shrink is nice, no tears--has a small spot of price sticker residue top right. Very nicely preserved original.
Grade: Excellent (EX)
Vinyl is also very nice, still has its original shine. Under a strong light, you can see a couple very faint, superficial hairlines and marks--probably from taking the vinyl out of inner sleeve a few times. Labels are clean, no marks around spindle holes. Looks like it's been played maybe a couple times, but handled with care. Nicely preserved original.
Grade: Very Good Plus (VG+)
Combined Shipping:
Yes, I offer significant combined shipping discounts. Just ask!
International Shipping:
Because of unreliable postal services, buyers in France and Italy must pay for Expedited international shipping, which includes tracking and insurance. I've had too many records lost or damaged shipping to these countries.
