This listing is for one (1) 1989 JOHNNY CLEGG & SAVUKA CRUEL, CRAZY, BEAUTIFUL WORLD LP vinyl record album on Capitol/EMI Records. This rare LP comes from my personal record collection, so it has been handled and stored very carefully. It is used and is in excellent playing condition with just a few visible light/minimal surface scuffs or scratches. The cover shows a little shelf wear and has a small cutout in the lower left corner, and the inside jacket shows just a little wear. Plays very clean, with just a few audible pops and clicks here and there. Probably Johnny Clegg's most commercially friendly album, highlighted by the hits, "Dela," and "Cruel, Crazy, Beautiful World," it also includes some of their best filler songs, like "One (Hu)'man One Vote," "It's An Illusion," "Bombs Away," "Woman Be My Country," and "Rolling Ocean." Savuka included elaborate Zulu-influenced dance sequences that became a trademark for their live performances. Just "...remember to cross yourself twice!" A nice addition to anyone's LP collection!
