VERY GOOD conditioned copy of LESS THAN JAKE's 3rd release, 1998's: "HELLO ROCKVIEW” (though I have never played this record I can not vouch if previous owner(s) have). Nevertheless the record is is VERY GOOD+ condition and the sleeve is in VERY GOOD condition. Complete with the highly sought "comic book" liner notes. This is a 1st PRESSING. A copy of only 2,300 pressed. Nab it now. I am extremely reluctant to part with this piece (though it is time for it to move to another fan's hands), should it not move it WILL NOT be relisted at such a low price in the near or far future.
