This auction is for one vinyl copy of the SOUNDTRACK OF THE 60’S radio program with Gary Owens, from September 3, 1983.  Show # K833-10.  A 3-hour weekly program, produced by Watermark, Inc (American Top 40).

Featured in this program:  Interviews with Phyllis Diller and Carlos Santana; a profile of The Monkees; and the NewsTrax segment spotlights the top 3 tunes of the first week of September 1969.

The discs have been thoroughly cleaned and are completely playable.  The vinyl discs are contained in their original yellow cardboard outer box (sorry, the box had been crushed before I received it but is otherwise in decent shape), as well as vinyl disc sleeves.  CUE SHEET INCLUDED.

To restore the value of this classic oldies show, I have performed a digital restoration of the entire program content.  All of the songs used in the program have been replaced by digital versions, and the original voice tracks of Gary Owens and featured guests have been digitally “cleaned.”  

A 3-CD set containing the restored content, and the cue sheets, are included in this auction with the original vinyl discs.
