Vinyl:  NEAR MINT with 100% of original gloss, as clean as can be found - our highest grade.  Fidelity is superb.  Labels are clean and pristine.  You will not find a nicer copy of this disc anywhere.  Sound clips are always from the actual record being sold with no modifications or enhancements - what you hear is what you will get.

Picture sleeve:  Nice VG+ with no splits, writing, pin holes, or other problems other than a bit of minor crinkling typical of vintage picture sleeves and a couple very slight cuts just starting to appear at the top due to removal and insertion of the record, nothing serious.  There is a very small notation in pen on one side beneath the word “Boy” in “Blues Boy” (see photo).  Overall a fine example of this very rare sleeve.

 NOTE:  First time I have ever seen this sleeve, which came from the estate of a 105-year old lady who resided in St. Louis her entire life.  It does not appear on the popsike data base.  A nice rare piece to set your collection apart.
