This album here comes from my Grandfathers Store established sometime in the mid 1940s, which we used to sell Jewelry, Electronics, Musical instruments, and vinyl RECORDS!

This item slipped through the cracks, and never got sold...so this is NOS. ( New Old Stock )

I am very familiar with with STILL SEALED, or the SS...as I like to buy these types of Records for my own collection!...plus, I worked ( Store Manager ) at the store, and backing this one as the real deal from the factory STILL SEALED... will sell this Record as **NEW**!...

Condition is Near Mint to Mint Minus (NM to M-)....by averaging the two grades...
I am assuming, since the album has never been open, record is Mint to Near Mint (M to NM).
Jacket Cover is Mint Minus (M-).

Factory seal solid in upper left corner...rest of three corners factory seal is slightly broke....
Front bottom center, small, slight vertical 1/2" break in seal...
....breathe hole present in shrink wrap, as should be.

 I can also see a slight outline of two of our store sale stickers that have been removed ...One on the front upper left. One in the front upper right (which can be seen looking at the picture using magnified)...
.....Black marker 'X' in upper right,..all which of course is on the shrink wrap,..and not on the album its self., since this album has never been open.

HEY, it's like as if it is the 1960's and 1970's again,...and you are walking into our store and found this album in our record bin, waiting for you to purchase.
