DISC: MINT never opened or touched in over 40 years. Stored upright in a smoke free home!
COVER: VG+ with corner notch cut off on top right corner, some minor corner bumps. Some very small light creases around spines from handling, very minimal. Correct breathe hole patterns around cover art, some yellowing to back cover around whites of cover through breathe holes. Some light dirt stains snuck into front cover from corner cut and breathe holes, around title  "England's Newest...." (See pictures 5,7,8,and 12)  - if buyer decides to open the sealed LP, I feel these stains will be very easily wiped away**. Shrink wrap still mostly tight and intact, breathe holes for shrink present, and some minor shrink tears to edges. Some minor corner bumps, by title spine side.

I've sold hundreds of sealed LP's over the years and have never had a problem until recently. One of my customers opened a very expensive Sealed LP they bought from me, dropped and broke the record, and then tried to claim it came broken with pieces of surface missing! Absolute F**CKING LIAR! I had to battle a Return Request for 10 Days, and argued with Ebay for over 4 hours on phone before dismissing the RETURN! This one A$$Hole ruined it for everyone after him. All MY Sealed Records are heavily inspected for warps, and the entire circumference of LP's surface edge is felt (through the cover of each listed sealed record) to make sure the record is intact and not broken. Since all the value of a MINT LP comes from being sealed and not opened, I have no way other than an educated assumption to make sure the disc is truly MINT. Sorry customers, I'm very friendly with returns, I just don't want to have to argue with Ebay's customer service ever again. They recommended I put this disclaimer in the listings for Sealed Records!

**FREE RETURNS are only given for defective material. I will not accept returns for "I did not like the music" or "I though it was a different album" or "I already had this album". I am not an online library with free rentals! If I even sniff a hint of BS from the buyer, I will automatically only give a 50% partial refund. I reserve the right to give any buyer a partial refund irregardless of any circumstances. Since any play on a record wears the grooves further, the record will always come back in further played condition than what I sent it out in.
