Label is Elektra 7E-1053. The record is in excellent condition (EX).  The gatefold cover is in very good condition (glare is from camera), some wear (see pic), seams are intact, outer seam is readable. Super rare label (later issued on Mercury). Really nice copy and very very rare!!

Grading:

M (mint) - perfect, usually only new sealed records have this grade.

NM (near mint) - Pretty much like new or played very little.

EX (excellent) - Almost NM, probably have very light paper scuffs that shouldn't affect sound quality.

VG+  (very good plus) - Will have a few marks (scuffs, hairlines). There may be some light background surface sound.

VG (very good)  -  Will have some scuffing and hairlines that will cause more background noise but not be overwhelming.

VG- (very good minus)  - playable but quite noisy, will used for very rare records.
