The plug type in Japan is type A.Voltage: 100 V, FM Tune: 70 - 90 MHz
Please check your country's condition for use.
Plug types also differ across countries, so please use a conversion adapter to change the plug to type A if plug types are different.
Conversion adapters also have electric power limits, so please use them accordingly.
There are some conversion adapters that are originally designed to handle 100V-240V, so you can check the instructions on them about electrical outputs.
If a conversion adapter can handle the electric power, all you need to do to use the product in your country is to change the plug to type A.
The product cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged if it is broken due to using a wrong step-down transformer.

If you insist on exchanging or returning the product, I will send the product to the factory for inside inspection.
If the breakdown is caused by fuse disconnection, electric power problms, or other misusages, the broken product will be sent back, and you will be responsible for the cost of postage.

[About the handling of the battery]
Item including lithium battery is considered as dangerous object, so it will be built in main unit.
We may not be able to send it to countries which prohibit importing lithium.
Some countries (Germany, France, Italy, Mongolia, SriLanka, Turkey, Nigeria and more.) Does not existaccept lithium battery via EMS, SAL by Post Office.Please check your country's rule yourself.
