This record collection is in excellent condition. It had been acquired from the estate of a university music director.

All six records are in near mint to mint condition. There are no signs of usage. There are no chips, cracks, needle drops or scuffs.

The album is in excellent condition. All sleeves are firmly secure and there is no splitting on the spine. There are some scuffs on the back cover of the album.
