The vinyl disc is in really excellent condition, and looks to have hardly been played.
It plays brilliantly on both sides without any problems.
The Vinyl is for sure a Near Mint grade.
It's a really lovely copy.
The sleeve is a Near Excellent grade.
It is a textured feel sleeve.
There is a little bit of corner tip wear, mostly at the bottom, and usual acceptable light wear, but in general this is a near excellent sleeve.  
Creedence Clearwater Revival are one of my most favorite Blues / RnR /Rock genre Bands  and this is a really solid album and a pleasure to listen to.
It is so hard to believe that it is 49 years old - it still sounds awesome!
This album is in lovely condition and I would think it would be harder to find one in similar condition.
