REFUND POLICY: All records are visually and play graded, and are guaranteed to be a represented by their grades. If you feel the record is not as described, I will refund the full purchase price AND pay for return postage. Please contact me first to make arrangements for return shipment.  I'll send your refund AFTER the record comes back to me and I've had a chance to examine it again. Unfortunately, sometime things get lost in the mail, so I cannot be responsible for mishandling or losses incurred by the postal service.

I use Goldmine grading standards:  I think the listening experience is what counts, so I try to play grade every record that I list on Ebay.  (I also realize that record grading is a subjective art and that one person's NM may be another's VG+.  I promise to make the very best effort to ensure that the vintage vinyl that you buy will be totally playable.) MINT (M) These are absolutely perfect in every way.

NEAR MINT (NM OR M-) A NM / M- record looks like it just came from a retail store and it was opened for the first time. In other words, it's nearly perfect.

VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) or EXCELLENT (E)
A VG+ / E record, except for a couple minor things, would be Near Mint. VG+ records may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience.

VERY GOOD (VG)
Many of the imperfections found on a VG+ record are more obvious on a VG record.  VG records have more obvious flaws than their counterparts in better shape. They lack most of the original gloss found on factory-fresh records. Groove wear is evident on sight, as are light scratches deep enough to feel with a fingernail. When played, a VG record has surface noise, and some scratches may be audible, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and ending. But the noise will not overpower the music otherwise.

GOOD (G), GOOD PLUS (G+) or VERY GOOD MINUS (VG-)
Good does not mean bad! The record still plays through without skipping, so it can serve as filler until something better comes along. But it has significant surface noise and groove wear.

POOR (P) and Fair (F) Records might be cracked, impossibly warped, or skip and/or repeat when an attempt is made to play them.

Shipping and Handling:  I'll ship your record anywhere in the world, using International First Class rates, which will differ based on your location. (Foreign orders over four pounds must be shipped Priority International.) I pride myself on packing your records very carefully, using corrugated filler pads AND bubble wrap.  I'll always place your record in a clear plastic LP sleeve and separate the record from the sleeve (except for sealed lps).   I will notify you by email when your parcel is packed informing you of the shipping date. For foreign shipments that are delayed, I will be glad to supply the customs form number for your parcel as proof that it has been shipped.   

USA MEDIA Rate:  1-3 LPs $4.50; each additional lp, $.50.  (PRIORITY Mail is available, so please ask me for a quote and invoice before making your payment.)

International First Class Rates will differ based on your location, weight and the size of the package. Please wait to hear from me with your invoice before paying. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
