Condition: Cover looks very nice, still has much of its original shine.  No significant ring wear, just some faint rub here and there.  No seam splits.  One corner has a bump/crease (see photo).  Back is nice, light rubbing.  Left edge has a small wear spot, not significant.  Interior is clean.  Spine is nice.  Nicely preserved original! Grade: Excellent (EX), better than typical VG+ copies
Vinyl also looks nice, still has its original shine.  Under a strong light, a few faint, superficial hairlines show up on both sides, mostly from taking the vinyl out of the paper inner sleeve a few times, but nothing deep or serious, nothing that will affect the sound quality which is excellent.  Labels are clean, unmarked, no spindle trails.  Looks like this record has been played a couple times, but handled with care. Grade: Excellent (EX), better than typical VG+ copies, but not Near Mint
