Gatefold cover with cream/marble Capricorn labels.

Track A4 "Jelly Jelly"  is not referenced on the back cover track listing or the insert). Instead, the song "Early Morning Blues" is shown along with corresponding writing and publishing credits. (Gregg Allman, No Exit Music Co. Inc./Allbros Music, BMI) However, the musician credits displayed for that track are the same on both versions.
