Up for auction is the very sought after First Pressing of Hendrix - 'Band Of Gypsys' 1970 Withdrawn Sleeve Vinyl Record Album.
1st UK issue. Released in the withdrawn puppet sleeve - after being withdrawn the release was later re-marketed in a cover depicting Jimi playing at the Isle of Wight festival.
Title credited as - "Band Of Gypsys" on sleeve, "Band Of Gipsies" on labels
The puppet / doll images depicted on the front of the sleeve are of Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, Brian Jones and radio 1 DJ John Peel.
