Review from another site: When "That's The Way Love Is," from the album M.P.G. became such a huge hit, Motown issued an album of the same name, and included the title song as its centerpiece. The album, which went Top 20 R&B, is also significant for Marvin's cover versions of recent pop hits, particularly "Abraham, Martin and John" (a U.K. hit) and "Yesterday," now recognized as one of the greatest interpretations of a Beatles song. Gaye was beginning to become disillusioned with Motown, but that hadn't affected his album output or his singing. Anyone hearing this wouldn't have suspected that Gaye was about to unleash What's Going On.
