It’s been 6 years after the last collab from Statik & Term as 1982. Since the last album, 2012, both have dropped critically acclaimed albums such as What Goes Around & More Politics. They return with their signature sound on songs such as “Can’t Let It Go” & “Different Now”. They also continue the tradition of introducing new talent, as they previously have with the late Mac Miller, Action Bronson, & Freddie Gibbs. Meet UFO Fev, Fat Joe’s newest signee. CJ Fly of Pro Era & battle-champ NEMS also appear. STILL 1982 fills the gap in an era of auto tune & repetitive sounds that will last the test of time.
Tuff Kong has teamed up with the legendary duo to release "Still 1982" on vinyl as a limited edition of 500 hand-numbered copies, with the first 200 pressed on orange/red/black mix vinyl and the remaining 300 pressed on black vinyl.
