This is very hard to find. Sleeve and Vinyl both VG.
Please note that the sleeves look that the sleeve designs are made to look grubby. The LP sleeve is really in excellent condition but the cd sleeve has some slight wear on it so I have graded it a bit lower to take this into account. The CD has some surface marks on it, but plays cleanly.
Worth adding to your collection. These are rare so hopefully the value will increase as your collection matures.
