I will be listing this record for only 2 weeks. After that, it's going back into my personal collection. This record is worth at least $300, so this is the last chance to get this.  
This very rare record is from my father's collection that was well taken care of. I do my research on Discogs, Popsike and look at the current E-Bay listings to determine the value of a record that I list. I have been a collector for over 30 years and know how to accurately grade a record. My rating is conservative and I have sold records on E-Bay and Discogs and never had a buyer dispute my grading of the record. Media is Very Good Plus (VG+) and Sleeve is Very Good Plus (VG+). Plays well with no skipping and no loud audible pops. Very light normal crackles when playing between tracks and no deep scratches. 
There are some light scuffs/scratches on both sides that do not effect the playing of the record. There are no splits on the sleeve. From my research, it is rare for this album to have a sleeve that isn't split or has markings on it. From the photo you can see there is some ring wear marks on the front of the sleeve. I would rather have that than a split/poorly repaired seam. The sleeve also has a promo punch mark on the lower right corner which I saw on a few other listings. The original inner sleeve is included in good condition and has the matching punch mark (See photo). This record has a visible scratch that goes across the record (I captured the scratch in the photos) but it does not effect the playing of the record in any way. 
Every record I list is played from start to finish on both sides listening with a set of Bose headphones. If there are any flaws during the playing, I will note that in the listing. Record was wet cleaned with the Spin Clean system. Mobile Fidelity static and scratch free Inner sleeve included (the best inner sleeves available). Record is removed from the sleeve and placed in an Invest In Vinyl 3 Mil. Clear Plastic Protective LP Outer Sleeve on top of the record to prevent sleeve damage when shipping (See Photo). Record is shipped in a high quality protective Whiplash brand record shipping box and is wrapped with new 12" wide bubble pack on all 4 edges (See Photo). Fragile labels applied on both sides of the box. The protective inner and outer sleeves, bubble wrap and quality LP shipping box costs over $2.00 per record, so this is why the shipping cost is a little higher than most sellers. This record will also include insurance that I will provide free of charge for at least the purchase price to protect the seller and the buyer.
