About the condition - The record is nice and glossy and played through without any issues.  Little to no surface noise and nice sonics and acoustics on this pressing.  EX/VG+.  The sleeve is also in nice shape outside of a few dings and scuffs along the edges.  Some light ring wear and general shelf wear due to the dark portions of the cover.  The custom inner sleeve is also included which has credits and an additional artwork.  VG+.  The poster is in perfect condition and ready for display.
