These are some great old blues recordings by some lesser known artists, like Lil' Son Jackson, Nathaniel Terry, Manny Nichols, Snooks Eaglin, Country Jim, Thunder n Lightnin', and the master bluesman Lightnin' Hopkins. Very cool album with 14 great tunes in original MONO. The vinyl is beautiful, shiny and clean, and though you may hear some background noise, understand that it's from the original recordings, most if not all of these were not taken from original masters. In most cases, they just don't exist. Their is just one short small mark, at the beginning of Side Two, that doesn't cause any issues. The cover is in fine, clean shape, with just very small tear at the opening, on the back. See all photos, you will see that this is just a really minor issue, I just like to be thorough in my descriptions. The cover is from typically light cardstock used in the UK back in the day, so while it feels a bit flimsy, it is in surprisingly awesome shape (would have been rated Excellent if not for that tiny rip). We use official LP mailers with the record outside the cover, and in clean white sleeves separately from any photo inner sleeves. All vinyl is cleaned with an enzyme spray then finished with a SpinClean Machine. With sealed vinyl, please understand that we will only accept returns if the LP is still sealed, which is for our financial protection as well as yours.
