Terrible pressing - at least a dozen skips on the first side. Burning Down the House is unlistenable. Shame cause it sounds great when it's not skipping.     April 18, 2020 edited about 1 month ago
Mine arrived today. Perfectly looking vinyl: flat, heavy. As Side A progresses, the between track surface noise increases exponentially, culminating
with loud clicks and pops and finally an almost tone arm lifting skip on I Get Wild/Gravity. The record was pre-cleaned on an Okki Nokki before playing, and played on an SL1200 with an Ortofon 2M Blue cartridge. If you got a playable copy, you got lucky.
Defiantly AVOID this pressing.     December 31, 2019 I’m having no skipping issues on my copy either, sounds fine on my Debut Carbon DC.     October 3, 2018 This is a hot press did skip until I replaced my stylus. Wonderful sounding record     June 18, 2018 Awful pressing! It jumps and crackles. Counted over 20 jumps just through the opening track, "Burning Down the House". Bought it from CDON a few months ago, so I don`t think I`ll get a new copy. Should have opened it straight away. What a big letdown! Just don't agree with the reviews below, this pressing is great, sounds fresh, full and snappy, the brilliant production on this record comes through very nicely. Maybe people are playing their records on sub-par gear....?      November 23, 2016 There's 4 (out of 4) poor reviews of this LP on Amazon. I was going to buy it today as I saw it for £14 new. Anyone have any positive results with this pressing??     December 29, 2015 Do not buy this pressing without listening to it first! I just turned off my brand new copy of it before finishing the first track. There are no scratches on the record, the record plays smoothly, but the music pressed on the record is disjointed and "skippy." This pressing sounds like it was produced from a badly scratched CD.      [r4564584] Release
