Up for sale is a Electric Light Orchestra - Out Of The Blue Double LP in EXCELLENT/NEAR MINT condition. Cover has a cut thru. This was often done when titles were not selling. Record stores cut thru the spine and discounted the items rather than sending back to the record studios. Other than that the cover is in great shape. Records are both in NEAR MINT condition.
