I am listing 10 Rolling Stones albums over the next couple of days.
I am playing them now for the first time in decades in order to grade them. I play-grade through Naim/Ortofon/rega setup.
Their first LP On red unboxed Decca. UK. 1964. Mono. LK 4605. "Mona" on sleeve but not on label.  4.06 version of "Tell Me"
Vinyl VG++ Superb mono sound. Hairlines and some surface marks, but plays brilliantly. No skips or jumps.  "Tell Me" runs at 4.06
A3 Hurran, Calvert credit
B4 has Bozier instead of Dozier
Runouts Side 1: XARL-6271-1A Side 2: XARL-6272-3A
Sleeve VG+. Sleeve variation is A1. Flipback front laminated. Sharp corners and great spine. Some laminate creasing along the front right opening and a few short crease fingers around the edges. Very slight ringwear visible on the front. "Mona" listed as Side 1 Track 4
Label Label variation is Y Red unboxed Decca Tax code: K/T Rights: boxed BIEM & NCB "I Need You" listed as Side 1 Track 4.

Original plastic-lined inner. Age browned.
