Sealed. One small dent at the top.
I ship in sturdy record mailers with corner protection, not the crappy white ones that everyone likes to use that leaves you with dents, corner bumps and other damage. For used/unsealed records I always separate the vinyl from the sleeve to avoid seem splits. I can do the same for sealed records but only upon request. Otherwise I don't take responsibility for seem split records if they weren't sent by me that way. I ship two times per week.
