*Album cover is in great shape. It has very slight normal wear around the edges from being stored. But looks barely used or handled. However, there is a name written in ballpoint pen on the front under the word "FOR"
*Record itself is in great condition. No smudges, scratches or fingerprints that I can see
*Label on both sides of record is in nice condition and readable
Comes from a smoke free and pet free environment.
