Up for auction is a nice early pressing of the Led Zeppelin album Houses Of The Holy, originally released in the U.S. on Atlantic Records (SD 7255) in 1973:
-Guaranteed early pressing, NOT recent reissue -Early 75 Rockefeller Plaza NY address on labels
-STERLING mastering stamp in deadwax on BOTH sides
-RL Robert Ludwig mastering mark in deadwax on BOTH sides
-Original gatefold cover with NO titles on spine
-Rare original matte textured white inner sleeve w/ lyrics
-No UPC/bar code on cover -NOT a record club pressing
-Vinyl comes in poly audiophile protective inner sleeve
Note: Original pressings of Houses Of The Holy have the RL Robert Ludwig mastering stamps on both sides in the deadwax, and are increasingly rare and highly sought after by collectors and audiophiles for their superior audio quality.  Be aware that some copies have the RL mark only on one side--this copy has both.

Also, please be aware that because this album was issued with a rough textured inner sleeve, almost all copies that you'll find have some light superficial paper scuffing from taking the vinyl out of the sleeve--it's almost impossible to avoid--but it does not affect the audio quality.

Condition: Cover is nice with only light signs of wear.  No ring wear, no seam splits--almost all copies you'll find have ring wear, this one has just some rubbing along top and bottom edges (see photos).  Corners are sharp, with only a tiny hint of rub on a couple (see photos).  Interior is clean.  Nice original.
Grade: Very Good Plus (VG+)

Vinyl also looks very good, still retains its much of its original shine.  Both sides show some light superficial scuffs, scratches and a few hairlines, but nothing deep or serious--and nothing that should affect the sound quality.  No marks around spindle holes--very clean labels.

Sound quality is excellent--not audiophile perfect, but none of these original pressings were.  If you're looking for a nice sounding original Robert Ludwig play copy that's not visually perfect, this is it.
Visually: Very Good (VG)
Audio: Very Good Plus Plus (VG++)

Combined Shipping
:
Yes, I offer significant combined shipping discounts.  Just ask!

International Shipping
:
Because of unreliable postal services, buyers in France and Italy must pay for Expedited international shipping, which includes tracking and insurance.  I've had too many records lost or damaged shipping to these countries.  Also, I do not ship to Central or South America, or China.
How I Pack Your Records:
I remove the records with inner sleeves from the covers prior to packing.  I sandwich the record between two pieces of cardboard for padding and protection.  I also reinforce the corners of the shipping box to protect the corners of the record jacket from damage.
100% satisfaction guaranteed, no risk buying.  My 100% positive feedback allows you to buy with confidence.  Returns accepted, no questions asked.
