Led Zeppelin *ZOSO* SD 7208

This is an early Columbia Record Club release of Led Zep IV. The sticker states SD7208 which is the American Catalogue # for first pressings and not the '77 counterpart with the yellow Hype. These are very scarce and especially hard to find with the Hype Sticker that does have the original '1841 Broadway' address. This sealed beauty is in almost perfect shape for what is almost a 50 year old record.

LP = NM = We expect you will find a nice NM copy upon opening. Sits flat so no chance of warping. It has been stored properly since I have owned it.

COVER = EX = The cover is in excellent condition. (see pictures for more detail).  There is normal shelf wear to the corners and a small crease on the left side of the gatefold jacket. The hype sticker is present and the breather holes are both visible on front. This is a factory fresh pressing and not a reshrink as is very common with this band.

Grading:

Mint / M = 10 out of 10. Only reserved for Sealed records or store stock new 45s. Top Copies!

Near Mint / NM = 9 out of 10. The Record may have been played with care. Near Mint vinyl should sound and Look almost new when cleaned. A cover should look new or in shrink!

Excellent / EX = 8 out of 10.  Record may have a couple blemishes such as light sleeve marks or minor scuffs on the Surface that Do Not affect the play. Cover will have the most minor of flaws. Almost Near Mint!

Very Good ++ / VG++ = 7 out of 10. Record will have a few blemishes on each side. Cover can have light ring / shelf wear!

Very Good + / VG+ = 6 out of 10. The LP has been loved responsibly. There will be signs of play such as light scratches / scuffs that Do Not affect play. There should not be overwhelming background noise. Pops and skips from deep scratches are unacceptable. You should enjoy a VG+ record w/out listener fatigue!

Very Good / VG = 5 out of 10. Record has been played numerous times. These were party records stacked on top of each other instead of being returned to inner sleeve. 45s usually still play well. LPs may have background noise but not overwhelming. This does not hurt your stylus. It is comparable to tracking the Matrix numbers in the trail off of every record.

Very Good - / VG- = 4 out of 10. Pretty worn. Maybe a feeler scratch. Should play without skipping.

Good = 3 of 10. Good actually means bad. Filler copy until something better comes along.
