I won't say Mint as it is not sealed, so I'll say Near mint, although I believe the records are unplayed, curious mark across the centre of the red disc, with the centre spindle punch out still present on disc! Sleeve is VG+ or better, with just some sticker residue over the barcode and a very minor cosmetic mark or two.
