This is from CBS - Technical Series Professional Test Record. Art must have found it sealed and noted by hand on the back cover the date when he unsealed it for use testing his system. A nice collectors' item. :)
VINYL is NM, high luster. The labels are clean. See photos.
COVER is in VG+ shape for its age! Back cover has yellowing. Seams and spine solid. Back jacket clean. Corners worn. Please see photos.
