Over the next few weeks, i am Listing SCARCE and INFREQUENTLY listed records. 
            * * * Photos ARE the item description * * *  The sleeve is exactly as photographed and in VERY GOOD+ condition many decades later AND corresponds in appearance with age.  Buyer must expect some level of natural erosion or fraying to edges, these rare records are VERY old.  NO scribbles, signatures nor shop stamps. There is a tiny patch on white surface at front where it looks as though an ancient price sticker may have been removed? Searching for similar items / price comparing is highly recommended. 
The disc has been enjoyed over the the decades and WILL have the expected faint scuffs and hairline marks.  These do NOT deter me from grading my records between VG, to VG+ and Near MINT.  Opinions WILL vary, please kindly view all photos with due diligence and arrive at your OWN opinion, before purchase.  Photos of CLOSE UPs are provided.
