UK / EU limited edition box set released in 2008 by Domino Records, catalogue number DOMDVD005X.
The box was limited to 5000 copies worldwide. It contains an exclusive live album recorded in Texas and pressed on 180gm vinyl, the original film poster, a set of four band portrait postcards by Pete McKee, and a DVD of the concert.

This item has been stored in its original shipping container since purchase, it is new, unplayed and is still in the original shrinkwrap.
