7" single / Original 1884 Picture disc 20th Anniversary pressing.
I won't say Mint as it is not sealed, so I'll say Near mint, although I believe it is unplayed. Sleeve is simple, transparent plastic as shown, with some folds from many years in storage and one side seam has split slightly.
