This tends to the higher range of VG+...encroaching on NM-. You kind of need to see it to believe it. No spindle wear. Inner sleeve is here with minimal signs of use. The outer sleeve will have to grade VG+ due to light wear on the corners...but the vinyl looks NM- and I really don't say that very often.
