Here is a nice little set of TWELVE records. Its a bit of a mixed set,and it has vocals and instrumentals. NOTE:You will find some surface marks on a few of these, but they play nice and I do sit and play each side before I feel they are good enough to list. Lets look at the records: 1)Will Glahe Orch-Goosey Goosey/beer Barrel Polka 2)Anne Ziegler & Webster Booth-A Paradise For Two/If You Were The Only Girl In The World 3)The Ink Spots With Ella Fitzgerald-Thats The way It Is/Im Beginning To See The Light 4)Danny Kaye-Rhythm Of A Romance/On The Viviera 5)The Four Aces-My Devotion/If You Take My Heart 6)Danny Kaye-Ladies Ladies/Pigalle 7)Paul Robeson-De Lil Piccaninnys Gone To Sleep/Sonny Boy 8)Paul Robeson-Ma Lindy Lou/Ma Curly Headed Baby 9)Paul Robeson-Mighty Lak A Rose/Ma Curly Headed Baby*** 10)Victor Young Orch-Warsaw Concerto(1&2) 11)Danny Kaye-Wilhemina/Cest Si Bon 12)Doretta Morrow-The Lord & master/Something Wonderful And there you have a real good set of TWELVE very nice 78s. ***NOTE:I have included TWO pressings of Ma Curly Headed Baby,as they have different flipsides and this was a common thing when an artist became quite popular. Some of the Paul Robeson titles may offend those of an ethnic background and this was accepted back then. They are very good songs despite the clear meaning,so if you are easily offended, please don`t choose this set. Dig vintage
