US-only promotional release; this very rare official Jackson Five Motown Blue Vinyl promo single was released in the USA in June 1975 as a promotional item to push the new title on major radio stations and chart return record dealers. Side A- Forever Came Today (3:25), Side B- Forever Came Today (3:25). Needless to say, this single is now a much sought-after collector's item.

Good overall condition. Sold in a plain sleeve.
