Pictures are of the actual item you will receive. This is sealed so the media is assumed to be "Mint". All 4 corners are sharp but the top 2 have slightly poked through the cellophane as you can see in the pictures. It's only about 1/4 of an inch for both and I don't see any damage to the sleeve at all but I've graded the sleeve as "Near Mint" to be conservative.
I ship in boxes I've recycled from prior vinyl purchases (I'm a collector too) and I will ensure that everything is packed securely with boxes structured to absorb impact from corner drops. I will ship this in a protective plastic outer sleeve from Sleeve City.
