Pictures are of the actual item you will receive.  This is sealed so the media is assumed to be "Mint".  I'm VERY particular and I don't like surprises when I buy vinyl so I like to highlight any imperfections so there are no surprises when you receive it.  There are 3 sharp corners but the lower-left front corner experienced a minor bump in transit to me (see pic #5).  The cellophane has receded a bit on that corner which can see a bit from the front but is mostly visible from the back (see pic #7).  The seam in the cellophane has a couple of minor splits on the back which seems to be common with thicker gatefold albums (see the last pic).  None of these distract from the beautiful appearance of this album and certainly none will detract from the playback quality.  The front cover is so reflective it's nearly impossible to take a proper picture without my phone being visible!
I ship in boxes I've recycled from prior vinyl purchases (I'm a collector too) and I will ensure that everything is packed securely with boxes structured to absorb impact from corner drops.  I will ship this in a protective plastic outer sleeve from Sleeve City.
