This box set is in good condition.  It is notched (goes thru whole set) and there is a slight ring mark Outer box has minimal wear and LP's and sleeves are NM shape. Records look like they were never played. Comes with a beautiful booklet.  Looks like the storage box has

This is part of my parents’ estate.  They were avid Elvis Presley record collectors in the 1960s and 1970s.  Their records were bought from a record store in Baltimore City.  View all pictures (no stock images used) as they are part of the description.  I do combine shipping, and if purchasing multiple items, it is best to wait to pay until I can send an invoice with the correct postage.  I prefer to not end auctions early - all items will run the full duration of the listing.
