Album cover has some wear and tear from the years, a small hole on the spine. The record sleeve has tears on the sides as well, but the insert itself looks nice with a few spots on it. I would say the record ifself is VG+ given it's age. Some dust here and there and light surface scratching, but still very playable! Adult owned and from a smoke free home, will ship quickly and carefully!
