I am selling my complete collection of The Beatles and Beatles-related records, albums, and novelties.
This lot is for a vinyl LP album titled "THE WHALE" by JOHN TAVENER, and was released under the Apple label in 1970. Music by The London Sinfonietta and conducted by David Atherton.

The record jacket is in excellent condition with no split seams, cover wear, or markings.  Most of the cover jackets for this album have a punch hole on the jacket cover, which most discerning collectors want to avoid. This record jacket is free of punch holes, saw cuts, and any other phsical damages. The jacket cover is in a gatefold format.

The record was released under the APPLE Records label # SMAS-3369. The record is in excellent condition.
NOTE: There were only a small limited number of artists that were signed contract under the Beatles Apple Records (Apple Records was created and owned by The Beatles for only a few years), and hence all the different Apple records by the various artists have become a Beatles collector's item. Excluding the Beatles own albums, there were only less than 15 different artists contracted under the APPLE label.

A must have LP album for the collector of The Beatles who want a complete collection or add an unusual item to your collection.
