  Un disque incontournable !

Voici l'édition originale (vinyle 33 tours) de l'abum "Ben" (M 755L) sorti aux USA en août 1972 dont fut tiré le tout premier tube de Michael en solo. Cette édition avec les rats sur la couverture est particulièrement rare : elle fut retirée du commerce par Motown car elle faisait peur aux enfants. A noter également que la pochette intérieure protégeant le disque est illustrée de nombreux collectors "Jackson Five" que l'on pouvait commander à l'époque par correspondance.

Disque en bon état général. Pochette éraflée.

The front cover features a photo of Michael with a horde of rats. This cover was quickly withdrawn and reissued without rats because Motown thought the imagery was inappropriate for kids. This very hard to find edition is a must-have !

Inside the cardboard sleeve, you'll find an order form for an incredible array of Jackson Five merchandise which includes Jackson Five notepads, stationery, concert posters, portrait photos, and individual posters of each of the brothers. There is an order form in which purchasers could obtain copies of a magazine entitled TCB! Takin Care of Business, and an invididual fan kit on each member of the group. These were called "Personal Soul-Mate Kits". Michael's included a poster with a poem by Michael, a wallet-size I.D. card with a photo of the star and his autograph, another larger poster, a portrait-size signed photo, nine different wallet-size photos, sixty-five Michael Jackson Soul-Mate letter-steal stickers with Michael's photo on them, and a "personal letter" from Michael himself. Customers could have all this for only two dollars !

Record in good overall condition. The cover shows some slight edge wear.
