Signed by Kathleen and Drew. Not sure about the 3rd signature. I bought it from Kathleen and she took it to get the other sigs. Record is unplayed. Just took it out to photograph it. I see no flaws anywhere. I believe this is the 2015 re-release (0004) on Gatepost.
