Un « cardboard record » (dont la qualité sonore n'est pas excellente) est un disque en carton que l'on pouvait découper sur l'emballage des paquets de céréales Kellogg's au tout début des années 70. Un moyen pour Motown de faire de la promo jusque dans les cuisines. Selon les paquets que l'on achetait, on pouvait tomber sur l’une des trois chansons proposées. Ce qui veut dire qu'il y a trois disques semblables d'apparence mais qui comportent chacun une chanson différente (ici les chansons "Sugar Daddy", "Goin' Back To Indiana" et "Who's Loving You"). Ce n'est pas le seul « cardboard record » des Jackson 5 ; il y en a d'autres (avec 5 chansons sur chacun) qui eux ont une jolie photo des J5 imprimée dessus. La chanson incluse sur ce disque est "Sugar Daddy" (titre n°1).

You are bidding on a Motown 6 inches cardboard record of the Jackson 5 sold exclusively in the US in the 70s (you could cut it from a cereal box). The colors are nice and bright and the detailing is superb. There were three of these cardboard cereal box records in the series "Sugar Daddy" - "Goin' Back To Indiana" and "Who's Loving You". Each record contains one track and really plays ! This record is N°1 ("Sugar Daddy").
Good overall condition.
