"Holy Diver" Vinyl Record LP by Dio (Ronnie James Dio)
I'm pretty sure this is the Columbia Record Club version of the original 1983 release.
The record itself is in just beautiful condition!  Not a scratch, scuff, dent, nothing.  If you look close you might see a couple of fingerprints near the edge, and there is definitely some dust on it.  I'm not going to pretend it's dust-free - that would be impossible in an actual house.  I bought this new back in 1983, maybe played it 4 or 5 times, then it has been in a box for the past 30+ years. Today I played it all the way through one more time.  It still sounds great!  Slight amount of crackle (I would say the minimum for any vinyl record I have ever heard).
Album cover - Very Good condition all around, with a hint of the circular ring showing thru the cover (you have to be looking for it to notice it), and one slight crease at the upper-right of the front side.  See last two photos - I tried to use the light reflection to show the ring and that crease.  Other than that - excellent.
