Rare original 1964 UK Decca Records, un-boxed curved label, 2-track 45rpm FFRR true high fidelity MONO 7” vinyl single featuring the Doctor Who TV series theme tune. Cat.No. F.11837. The single comes housed in original orange and white striped Decca records company sleeve. The B side is an overlooked mod / beat stomper featuring Brenda & Johnny.
CONDITION:
Vinyl: VG+ close to Excellent. Vinyl has a few superficial fine wispy hairlines which don’t affect the playing. Both sides play very well.
Labels: Excellent. Blue and Silver curved Decca labels are in very clean condition with only minor light spindle wear. The original 4-prong push out centre is solidly intact.
Decca Company Sleeve: VG+ (A few light creases and small writing / marks near top right corner on one side)
Excellent original 1964 Decca Records first issue monophonic version of the iconic Doctor Who theme tune from the BBC TV series composed by Ron Grainer, realised by Delia Derbyshire, BBC Radiophonic Workshop.
