Vintage Tom Waits LP: Rain Dogs - 1985 Original Island Records / Specialty Records Corp. Pressing
This copy of this album was purchased new by my wife. It is in decent condition with imperfections as noted. 
The vinyl is glossy clean and looks excellent except there are a few surface scuffs / light scratches, some of which are audible. I listened to the entire album just before offering it for sale. The sound of the music is excellent! Overall record surface noise was mild but there are numerous light ticks with a few areas where the ticks persist for multiple revolutions. The play-test revealed super-sounding music with tolerable record surface noise mostly in quieter passages. My initial impression was to grade this record VG+, but since some of the vinyl marks translate into more-than-occasional clicks in play, I have to lower your expectations just a bit by giving the record a VG grade for overall condition. The listening experience was actually very satisfying for me and if you can tolerate a little imperfection, you'll probably love it too. 
The record cover is in VG+ condition with some light scuffs/scratches. There isn't much corner wear. There are a few common light squiggly short surface creases extending from outer edge inward. There are a few zigzag impressions on the back side. 
The printed inner sleeve is in excellent condition but there are splits of 3" and 1" on the side seams.  
This is a worthy copy of this album that although not cheap, is certainly reasonably priced. This copy of this album has been fully described to you and the photos provided are of the actual item for sale. You know that the packaging is in the condition described because you can see it in the photos (and I like to point out any flaws so you won't be unpleasantly surprised later).
This will ship by insured USPS Media Mail within the USA. The album will be packed securely with the record in a quality shipping sleeve outside of the original packaging. My costs to ship will probably be higher than what you are charged after packing materials costs are considered.
