Visual -- Cover --  VG condition with spine, seams and ring wear, no splitting. There is a poster that is in VG + condition. It has less than an inch of clear tape at the very bottom, center.  Label -- All are in EXCELLENT condition.  Vinyl -- All 4 sides are in VG + condition with very light wear.  Audio -- Sides 1,2 & 4 are in VG + condition with very minimal background noise. Side 3 is in VG condition with a little more noise than the other sides but still a great listen without skipping.  Note: THIS CONCERT WAS RECORDED AT THE ATLANTA  INTERNATIONAL POP FESTIVAL   JULY 5, 1970
