Cover shows a little surface wear. The spine is holding but does show wear and it looks like some separation at the top edge...not a split, but maybe the glue has dried out a bit. Still has the original inner sleeve...it looks great, but does have a small split in the center of the bottom edge.
The etched Matrix Runouts are: (side 1) 6E-135-A-6-3P; (side 2) 6E-135-B-7-3P.
The record has been cleaned ultrasonically and played completely with no problems.
